Tripled payments. Refused to tell me who held loan. Michigan would have paid taxes but mortgage holder had to ask. Lost $40,000 down payment, they sold my house for $46,000 more than the loan.$86,000 profit.and they still put it on my credit rating. Lost 12 faxes of 17 pages each.

I Did a loan modification thru your attorneys Ruth Ruhl,P.C. back in 5-27-2010. Where the new agreements, agreed to by Aurora Loan Services, LLC and myself. It was signed 6-30-2010 by Regina Lashley (Vice President) and Pamela J. Pedersen (Assistant Secretary) of Aurora Loan Services, and was executed. I am requesting a lien/deed release from Aurora Loan Services for a deed recorded Dec. 11 2006, which you purchased from Family Lending Services, Inc. In the amount of $70,600.00. Under the new Modification agreement, this Deed was considered Void/forgiven. Please advise as this is an urget matter and needs resolution as soon as possible.

I never missed a payment. I called to make a pmnt.over the phone and was told that since i was on unemployment that i was eligible for Obamas new program keeping homes affordable. So i listened to the lady and told her no at first since i was going back to work in a week or so. Then she told me that it would be a good program for me and they would cut my pmnts.in half for 5 yrs. And the other half of the pmnt. and taxes and insurance would be added to the end of the loan. So i thought about it and had them send me the info. I work construction ( Build highways ) and the housing market and work were getting slow ....so i did the paperwork and sent it back. To make a long story short... I made all my payments for 14 months...on time... and they told me in October of 09 my payment wasgoing up from $700 to $1800. I paid it and asked to speak tosomeone but was told i would be contacted. But wasnt. The next month when i called to make the pmnt.....they told me that they wouldn't take it. This was November of 09. They said i had 3 options pay $25000...short sale or forclosure. Then they called me in December of 09 and asked if i wanted to keep my house....i said of yes....then they told me that i didnt make the previous months pmnt so there was nothing they could do. Welll a week later i got a forclosure notice that stated my house was foreclosed on and i had 2 weeks to vacate. They sold my jouse on the county court house steps the first week of January 2011. I lived there for 16 years. These people are thieves. At the time i was so devastated and embarrassed all i could do is move on. Not to mention that they ruined my credit. I had an 800+ score then and after this i had to get a cosigner just to rent an apt. I hope karma has its way with them. Thanks for listening and i wish you all better days. Stay away from Aurora.

Aurora is showing a loan on my credit report. The loan was taken over by Nationstar mortgage. I need this information removed from my credit report. I don’t own this property anymore.

I am Lisa Kreutzer, and they stole our house, from us,, in strasburg, colorado.... They would not comprimise with us , we were going thru a divorce.. There has to be a lawsuit against these crooks..... please help, I know they have pursued against hard working people all over this country. Our home was foreclosed on, this isnt right in any shape or form. I don't know what else to say, so please help me figure out how to take action against these crooks. HELP, HELP, HELP

At first they said we can apply for loan modification. So we did. Then they denied the application after 2 months. Until we decided to do a short sale. They were paid but Aurora loans reported us to the credit bureau as foreclosure. So were is the money? I've been trying to get a hold of them but no luck. I would also like to file a complaint against them.

I was living in wolfeboro New Hampshire I filed for a loan modification never got any answers from Aurora I came home from Florida visiting my husband who had a cardiac arrest and tumor removed at Mount Sinai Hospital when I arrived home my doors were padlocked shut windows were broke they made my property look abandoned trashed the inside I called the number on the door which was a law firm they sent two strong arm guys to intimidate me which they sure did they let me back in my home told me to clean it out made me sign a paper and gave me a twenty five hundred dollar check I was alone and petrified they knew the property was not abandoned there was jewlery in the draw never touched.they did not damage inside but outside was clearly vandalized by the two thugs I still am homeless living day by day from one person to the next...the home was sold for 80 000 at a foreclosure I only owed 125 on it if that so they made there money and then some .....thanks for listening Sharon Silvestri
