Aurora Loan Services complaint
In 2006, a woman I am currently helping, bought a home for $160,000, with 20% down, on her fixed income of $31,000 from s.s. & retired teacher's pension. That Realtor convinced her to get a 100% financed, no doc, stated income loan to take over his mortgage of $409,000. Aurora is the one who approved this loan. The Realtor skipped town this Jan., 2008 & Aurora is coming after the senior citizen for the payment of the note. It's a mess & I feel she was scammed. I'm a Realtor & am trying, along with attorneys, to help her out of this mess.

Of course everyone has a complaint because they hear on the news that they can "lower their rate" even when they can afford it. Heres a hint PAY YOUR MORTGAGE! If you can't afford to then sell the property, and no you can't sell it to your mother, you wife or even your dog. I know shocking to think people think this is acceptable but it is just plain underhanded. When you signed the note it was to pay back ALL the money not just the part you think at this point you should pay back. And for all you "class action" people, get a job and make your money the old fashioned way instead of trying to find who you can sue. Good luck ot all of you. I honestly hope that all of you work out your issues, those of you that truly have a hardship and really need the help.
