Any other company will wave the fee for your first time one day late payment. As a matter of fact payment arrived the night of the last day permited but was processed the day after. Customer services refused and tried to forced to enroll on them autopayment in exchange of half of the fee. I will pay my full fee but will never do business with Aurora anymore. It seems like money is the only important thing for this company but usually you know how this kind of company ends. Bankrupted!! because customer will go away to better service oriented competitors.
