Aurora Loan Services - Annoying phone calls

Aurora Loan Services complaint by Blairhouse
My mortgage was recently sold to Aurora Loan Services and it's been a constant annoyance ever since. My payment is due on the first of every month and they start calling by the second day if it isn't in their hands or a payment hasn't been set up online. This is happening well before the grace period has ended and they call several times a day. I am really sick of these cats and will probably refinance my house just to get rid of them. Take my advice, never get a mortage with this group if you can help it.

When my loan was bought out the last month's payment did not transfer for 3 months. During that time I was called and harassed on a regular basis. It did not matter what I said as I have always paid on time, and I was spoken to like a deadbeat dad. For being late? I paid every month, but when the transfer took place it delayed their payment. 

 

I would love to refinance just to get rid of them too :(

I agree, they are a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company, consumers be very very careful never to finance with this company! :( :cry
