Aurora has a deposit check twice and then lost it track of the payment, It shows on one months statement and then they say they did not receive it. They are trying to charge us for late payment when they have direct deposit service to pay the monthly statement to them. There statement shows multiple deposits and withdrawals which have no bearing on our account. The customer service is rude inconsiderate and have no concept of what a deposit is. It is nearly impossible to contact a supervisor and when you do they say they will get back to you and never do.
