I have been fighting in good faith with Aurora Loan services for over two years now". Same details as I have read everyone on this forum/. This past January 6th on a mediation phone conference they requested additional information from us, some of which (bank statements and P&L's) would not be ready until after the first week of February?. They agreed on convening with us 30 days and to our complete dismay sold the house in court this past Monday the 30th:. It has been one deception after another,. We have filed a motion to vacate sales in court but are not hopeful'. I imagine there must be hundreds of consumers with similar stories|. Please contact me/. I want to put together a list to forward to a law firm interested in a class action suit. 128f7c9
