Aurora is trying to charge me for late fees when they received my payment thru auto debit.

They have also increased my payment more than DOUBLE since they have taken over my loan!

Aurora Loan escrows my insurance ..HOWEVER.. failed to make my insurance payment on time.... causing my insurance to lapse...

After repeated calls, emails, faxes on almost a daily routine.......... NO ONE HAS YET TO RETURN A CALL OR A LETTER!

Everytime you call........ the person takes the notes.. and says... someone will call you within 24 hours........... and no one ever does!

I owe 146K.... Aurora says they want 157,5K what in the world is that............. they want MORE than what is actually owed!

Aurora Loan Service told me they were calling to collect debt owed to them when I had paid the amount in full before it was due. This is roughly the 7th time this has happened and when I stated this the supervisor said "According to my records, this has happend twice." I beg to differ so now I am not only deficient on my payments but I am a liar as well. Then they tried to charge me for the late fee. As soon as I can refinance through some one else, I am.
