Aurora failed to pay my insurance

Aurora made a huge error in not paying my insurance when due... although they escrow the amount. After numerous calls by both my agent and myself... we both came to the same conclusion that they are really screwed up.
After over 3 months with no insurance.... aurora finally came to the conclusion that they made an error and paid the insurance payment.... due to it being late... my insurance was cancelled and now I am paying for a higher policy with a higher dedcutible....
Aurora says... sorry for our mistake! My payments increased since my insurance nearly doubled and so my escrow obviosuly increased..........
