I had a short sale with Aurora... I owe 146... offers of 90K aurora had a BPO completed.. the person who did the BPO for aurora stated on record that he is "required to use only the highest and best values in the area" my property is a 3/1 with a bad roof... he used 4/2 and 3/2 with sales over 1 year ago.... this is NOT HONEST and is INFLATED... the person who did the BPO also agreed!
Aurora is also extremely slow to respond.. they also do NOT forward to you a copy of any denial letter so that you are required to call and have someone to call you back......... which has never yet happened!
